Individual Counseling

Our Partial Care program offers a wide array of services to assist a person on their path to wellness and recovery. Admission to our program requires a psychiatric diagnosis and history of crisis intervention and/or higher level of care (i.e. psychiatric hospitalization or psychiatric emergency contact).

Our services include:

  • Individual Counseling
  • Individual Recovery Planning
  • Medication Education
  • Relapse Prevention
  • Prevocational Skill Building (as needed)
  • Psychosocial/Psychoeducational Groups
  • Community awareness and social skills development

Prevocational training may be provided in assembly and packaging, food services, or janitorial services.

Group Counseling

As our members progress through their treatment goals, they work collaboratively with our counselors to develop transition planning to outpatient community services and vocational opportunities.

Our program is offered Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
